‘Miranda Mercury’ Makes YALSA’s 2012 Great Graphic Novels for Teens List

Every year, the Young Adult Library Services Association (YALSA) selects graphic novels for inclusion on their Great Graphic Novels for Teens List. “The books, recommended for those ages 12-18, meet the criteria of both good quality literature and appealing reading for teens,” according to the announcement on their website.

For 2012, we are very proud that YALSA has recognized the Archaia graphic novel The Many Adventures of Miranda Mercury: Time Runs Out as one of this year’s selections! Congratulations to Brandon Thomas and Lee Ferguson on their achievement!

In total, 56 graphic novels were selected. You can go the announcement on the YALSA website to see the other winners.
