Petersen’s gorgeous, naturalistic art is a wonder to behold, as he blends the fantasy aspects of the book (the “medieval” settings of the mouse cities and such) with the normal, natural world beautifully.
Like most things Jim Henson, I remember Fraggle Rock being pure gold. Fraggle Rock is the newest property of Archaia Comics, and of course, this is a kids books, but I’m a child at heart anyway.
Open this issue and it’ll all start rushing back. The songs, the direct and simplistic characters, the unbridled fun. Your cares will feel like they can be danced away. You’ll be down in Fraggle Rock.
